Brett Kissel headlines a festival of Canadian country

NIAGARA FALLS (September 9, 2019) ‒ Brett Kissel has been tapped as the headlining act for A Night of Canadian Country, a one-night festival also including performances by Eric Ethridge and Emily Reid.

Hosted by Niagara Falls Convention Centre on December 29, the night is sponsored by Country 89 and once again brings back last year’s Bands • Bites • Brews theme. “We want it to have a true festival feel,” says Noel Buckley, President & General Manager. “Line dancing, bull riding, beer tents, southern-style carnival eats—we just need people to dust off their cowboy boots and get ready for a good time.”

Multiple CCMA and Juno award winner Brett Kissel released his new single “Drink About Me” this past week, the first single from his forthcoming album “Now or Never” which is slated for a January 2020 release. For Ethridge and Reid, two of country’s fastest rising stars, an appearance recently at Country Music Week 2019 is a pretty good sign there’s more success coming to them in the years ahead. “These three artists are making big waves in the country music industry. And to boot, they’re all Canadian,” adds Buckley.

Tickets for A Night of Canadian Country go on sale September 12 at 10:00 a.m. and range from $40 to $100 (plus taxes and fees). They will be available for purchase online at fallsconventions.com and tickets.com, or Niagara Falls Convention Centre’s Box Office at 6815 Stanley Avenue. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
