Ticketed Events

If you’re attending a special event, concert or consumer show at Niagara Falls Convention Centre, the following information will help you plan your visit. If you’re attending a business event, meeting or convention, you’ll find helpful information in the Conference Delegate section.

To purchase tickets by phone, contact our Box Office at 905-357-7008 from Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. To order tickets online, find your event in our calendar or visit the website of our exclusive ticketing provider, Tickets.com.


TICKET POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Niagara Falls Convention Centre is not responsible for any tickets purchased from third-party ticketing agents. All attendees must hold a valid ticket. The sale or issuance of a ticket is final and non-refundable. Niagara Falls Convention Centre reserves the right not to replace or accept any ticket that was lost, forgotten, stolen, forged, unreadable or unscannable. All tickets are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Ticketed events are subject to change or cancellation without notice. For full terms & conditions, click here.

PICKUP

Tickets can only be picked up at our Box Office by the purchaser. Photo ID is required.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

All requests for accessible seating can be made through our Box Office and are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Upon request, one companion seat can be provided next to the accessible seat. Accessible and companion tickets are charged separately and at the same price as other seats in that section.

BABES IN ARMS

Babes in arms generally do not need a ticket. Children aged two and older, except for toddler-aged shows, will require a ticket. As a general rule, the appropriate or mandated age can be found on the face of the ticket.

CONCESSIONS

Outside food and beverage of any kind are prohibited from entering the facility. Food and beverage offerings are available for purchase in pre-function areas. These items are permitted at your seats during a show or performance. Lobby bars and concessions open one hour before showtime.

EMERGENCY

The direct line for security at Niagara Falls Convention Centre is 905-357-7005. For your peace of mind, please pass this number along to the family, friends or companions joining you.

ETIQUETTE

Please turn off your cell phone and other electronic devices, or turn to silent (not vibrate) mode, prior to the start of a show. The glow and sounds of a cell phone are distracting to both performers and other patrons. Cell phones should only be used during appropriate times throughout the show or during intermission.

Strongly scented perfumes and colognes should be avoided to prevent breathing concerns among patrons with allergies and sensitivities.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography, video and audio recording are prohibited. However, each show producer or event promoter reserves the right to allow and place restrictions on recordings of any kind. All professional filming and photography require a formal request and advance authorization.

LATECOMERS & EARLY LEAVERS

To not spoil the enjoyment of other patrons, latecomers and early leavers may be asked to wait until a pause in the performance.

LOST & FOUND

Niagara Falls Convention Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have lost an item, you can call 905-357-7008 or email our Box Office. If you find an item, please turn it in to Box Office or Security.

PARKING

Niagara Falls Convention Centre provides easy and accessible parking. You can rely on our parking attendants to provide support at entry/exit points during events. Click here for more information on parking.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected at the time of every ticket sale or transaction is collected under the guidelines of the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), done solely for verification and communication by Niagara Falls Convention Centre. Any questions or concerns may be directed to 905-357-6222.

By attending an event, you acknowledge your willingness to appear in promotional or archival photographs and videos taken. You also agree to release Niagara Falls Convention Centre from all liability resulting from the use of such photographs and videos.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are prohibiting from entering Niagara Falls Convention Centre:

  • Aerosol cans
  • Animals, except certified service animals wearing a service vest
  • Artificial noisemakers, air horns and megaphones
  • Backpacks (some exceptions apply)
  • Banners (subject to approval)
  • Baseball bats or clubs
  • Drones
  • Explosives
  • Glass, plastic or metal containers
  • Helium balloons, beach balls or other inflatables
  • Illegal drugs or other drug paraphernalia
  • Items with a sharp point/edge or excessive in weight
  • Lasers or laser pointers
  • Offensive clothing
  • Outside food and beverage, including alcohol
  • Parcels, packages or items with contents that are not clearly visible
  • Prop weapons that appear realistic or capable of firing
  • Skateboards, bikes, scooters, rollerblades or roller shoes
  • Weapons of any kind, including, but not limited to, chains, swords, martial arts, spikes, knives, (airsoft) firearms, slingshots and bow & arrows

Niagara Falls Convention Centre reserves the right to prohibit any additional items that may not be outlined above. This list is subject to change without notice. Refusal to comply with the removal of a prohibited item will result in the person being asked to leave the facility without refund. Local authorities may be contacted when appropriate.

SAFETY & SECURITY

All patrons entering the facility are subject to search. This may include patdowns, a bag or backpack check and wanding checks. Niagara Falls Convention Centre reserves the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed to be hazardous, suspicious, offensive, cumbersome or dangerous. Confiscated items will not be returned.

Shirts and shoes are required to be worn at all times. Intoxicated patrons will be refused entry. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Only certified service animals wearing service vests are permitted inside the facility.
