Box Office

If you’re attending a concert performance or consumer event at Scotiabank Convention Centre’s Fallsview Theatre, the following information will help you plan your visit. If you’re attending a business event, trade show or conference at our Centre, you’ll find helpful information in the ATTENDING section of our site.


To order event tickets by phone, contact our Box Office at 905-357-7008 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. To order tickets online, find your event in our calendar or visit the website of our exclusive ticketing provider, For preferred rates and group purchases, please contact our Box Office.


Individuals wishing to pick-up tickets in person are asked to visit our Box Office at least one hour prior to an event or show’s performance. Our Box Office is open Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.



Scotiabank Convention Centre was designed to be an accessible space for ease of travel and viewing enjoyment. Assistive Listening Devices can be obtained at our Box Office.


Babes in arms generally do not need a ticket. Children aged two and older (with the exception of toddler-aged shows) will need a ticket. As a general rule, the appropriate or mandated age is on the face of the ticket.


Management reserves the right to inspect any bags or purses upon entry.


Food and beverage offerings are available for purchase outside the Theatre in lobby areas. For your enjoyment, items sold at our concession are permitted inside the Theatre and at your seats during the performance. Lobby bars and concessions open one and a half (1½) hours before show time.


Please refrain from disturbing others by using cell phones, humming, wearing strong perfume, opening wrappers, etc.

To preserve the enjoyment of others in the audience, latecomers or early leavers may be asked to remain in a “seating hold” until a pause in the performance.

Scotiabank Convention Centre provides easy and accessible parking. You and your guests are able to rely on the Centre’s parking attendants to provide support at entry/exit points during special events and/or tradeshows. Click here for more information on parking.


Due to copyright laws, no photographic, video equipment or other means of reproduction is permitted in the Theatre. All violators will be removed from the facility.
