We want you to enjoy your time at the Fallsview Theatre. On this page, you’ll find some helpful information to make your visit fun and memorable.
Box Office: Our Box Office uses TicketPro for easy ticketing purchases. Our in-house Box Office opens one-and-a-half (1 ½) hours before show time for will-call pick-up and on-site purchase. Alternatively, you may purchase tickets on-line through our Box Office page 24 hours a day or by phone at 905-357-7008 during hours listed.
Babes in arms: Babes in arms generally do not need a ticket. Children aged two and older (with the exception of toddler-aged shows) will need a ticket. As a general rule, the appropriate or mandated age is on the face of the ticket.
Emergency: The direct line for security at the Scotiabank Convention Centre is 905-357-7005. Please pass this along to family members and babysitters for your piece of mind while enjoying the performance.
Photos/Video: Due to copyright laws, no photographic, video equipment or other means of reproduction is permitted in the theatre. All violators will be ejected.
Latecomers: To preserve the pleasure of others in the audience, late-comers or those who leave during the performance may be asked to remain in a “seating hold” until such time as there is a pause in the performance.
Backpacks/Bags: Management reserves the right to inspect any bags or purses upon entry.
Privacy/Personal Information: Personal information collected at the time of every ticket sale, donation or transaction is collected under the guidelines of the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), done solely for the purpose of verification, communication or promotion of the Scotiabank Convention Centre/ Fallsview Theatre. Any questions or concerns may be directed to the Centre’s President and General Manager, Kerry Painter at 905-357-6222.
Concessions/Cafe: Wonderful food and beverage offerings are available outside the theatre in the lobby areas. For your enjoyment, items sold at our concession are permitted inside the theatre at your seats during the performance. You may pre-order beverages for intermission to save time in line. Lobby bars and concessions open one and one-and-a-half (1 ½) hours before show time.
Lost and Found: If you lose or find something, please turn it in or check at the Box Office/Information Stand. To inquire about an item at a later date, please call 905-357-7008.
Hearing Impaired: Assistive Hearing Impaired devices can be obtained at the Box Office/Information Stand.
Disturbances: Please refrain from disturbing others by using cell phones, humming, wearing strong perfume, opening wrappers, etc.
Inclement Weather: For inclement weather cancellations, please call the Box Office at 905-357-7008.
Accessibility: The Scotiabank Convention Centre has been designed to create an easily-accessible space for ease of travel and viewing enjoyment. Should you need assistance with a wheelchair or have any other challenges, do not hesitate to call our office during business hours at 905-357-6222, or contact theatre staff.
Parking: The SCCN parking is fully-automated but you and your guests are able to rely on the Centre's parking attendants to provide support at pay stations and entry/exit points during special events and/or tradeshows. Learn more about Parking at the SCCN.
Group Tickets: Tickets are available at a preferred rate for groups by calling the Group Sales office at 905-357-7008.
